I am Verena.
I created the MINDFULBODY Class Collection these last years because I needed it too.
As a woman, a mom, a space holder, I know how it feels to be there for everyone else and slowly lose touch with yourself.
These classes are my way back. They help me feel my body, clear my mind, and land in my heart again.
And now, they’re here for you. To move, to breathe, to feel more like you, whenever you need it, wherever you are.
