By completing this booking, I confirm my binding registration for the MINDFULBODY EXPERIENCE and/or MINDFULBODY TEACHER TRAINING.

I understand that cancellation policies apply. You can cancel your booking free of charge until 30 days before the start of the MINDFULBODY EXPERIENCE. In case of cancellation within the deadline, a processing fee of €50 will be retained. After that, no refund is possible.

For the MINDFULBODY TEACHER TRAINING, cancellations are possible up to 6 weeks before the online training begins. After that, the full amount is due and no refund is possible – regardless of attendance.

I declare that I am physically and mentally able to participate in the program and take full responsibility for my own wellbeing.

I understand that I am participating in the MINDFULBODY EXPERIENCE and/or TEACHER TRAINING at my own risk. MINDFULBODY, its instructors, and collaborators are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the live events or through online participation.

It is my responsibility to practice mindfully and within my physical and mental limits.

I understand that in order to teach MINDFULBODY, I must successfully complete both the MINDFULBODY EXPERIENCE and the full MINDFULBODY TEACHER TRAINING.
I also understand that an active license agreement is required for teaching MINDFULBODY, and I agree to the terms and conditions of that license.

Mit dem Abschluss der Buchung bestätige ich meine verbindliche Anmeldung zur MINDFULBODY EXPERIENCE und/oder zum MINDFULBODY TEACHER TRAINING.

Ich habe zur Kenntnis genommen, dass für dieses Angebot spezifische Stornobedingungen gelten. Eine kostenfreie Stornierung ist bis spätestens 30 Tage vor Beginn der MINDFULBODY EXPERIENCE möglich. Im Falle einer rechtzeitigen Stornierung wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50 € einbehalten. Danach ist keine Rückerstattung mehr möglich.

Für das MINDFULBODY TEACHER TRAINING gelten gesonderte Bedingungen: Eine Stornierung ist bis 6 Wochen vor Beginn des Online-Trainings möglich. Danach wird der gesamte Beitrag fällig, auch bei Nichterscheinen.

Ich erkläre, dass ich körperlich und psychisch in der Lage bin, an der Veranstaltung teilzunehmen, und übernehme dafür die volle Verantwortung.

Ich nehme an der MINDFULBODY EXPERIENCE und/oder dem TEACHER TRAINING auf eigene Verantwortung teil. MINDFULBODY sowie die leitenden Personen und Kooperationspartner übernehmen keine Haftung für Verletzungen, Schäden oder Verluste, die während des Live-Trainings oder im Rahmen der Online-Teilnahme entstehen können.

Ich achte selbst auf meine körperlichen und psychischen Grenzen und handle eigenverantwortlich.

Ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass ich MINDFULBODY nur unterrichten darf, wenn ich sowohl die MINDFULBODY EXPERIENCE als auch das vollständige MINDFULBODY TEACHER TRAINING erfolgreich abgeschlossen habe.
Darüber hinaus ist ein aktiver Lizenzvertrag mit MINDFULBODY erforderlich. Ich bestätige, die Bedingungen dieses Lizenzvertrags gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert zu haben.
